About The Sláinte Pilates

Fáilte! Welcome!

Sláinte is Irish for “health”. A phrase deeply imbedded in Irish culture and used to foster connection. It is a profound wish for wellbeing. It is why it’s our name.

The Sláinte Pilates is a true Pilates studio. A place where you are supported and a deeper connection to your body is found. Sessions are not rushed or crowded. The focus is on precision, control, alignment and building strength that supports your long term goals. There is no emphasis on social media here. No curated aesthetics for Instagram. The culture is private, respectful and focused. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain or simply trying to build strength safely, our environment prioritizes longevity over intensity. You will leave feeling aligned and stronger.  

About Meg

Proudly Irish and with a career spanning three continents, Meg Rittenberry is a distinguished BASI Pilates Instructor, Nutritionist and founder of The Sláinte Pilates. 

Meg believes that when done correctly, movement is one of the most powerful tools for healing. Her approach blends precision with purpose. Every movement is intentional and every correction meaningful. She works closely with clients to ensure they understand not just what to do, but how and why. 

Meg has a strong commitment to proper training and professional standards. She advocates for working only with properly certified instructors and believes in continuing education.

Her advanced certifications include injury prevention and rehabilitation, pre and postnatal care, unilateral and athletic movement, breast cancer recovery and working with bodies 60+.

True transformation comes from moving well, not just moving often. Sláinte!
